“Staff didn't welcome me when I came in and I was the only one customer present. I waited around 5 mins to let him finished his stuff, then just gave me the room card, I had to ask "which floor and where's the elevator?". The room door was VERY noisy, especially in the very early morning. Couldn't sleep well because of the noise. The room was clean and new, but breakfast just okay. I booked 4 hotels from Expedia, this is the only one couldn't issue the receipt for me. Asked me to request……

“The hotel was clean, well maintained and comfortable. I appreciate Dove products stocked. The staff was great. The only disappointment was the restaurant. I was surprised that breakfast wasn't included with the room and when I went to the restaurant to purchase a breakfast, the one employee in there was completely swamped and couldn't acknowledge people coming in. After waiting for a bit, I gave up and and went out to another restaurant. The second morning I didn't even try - just checked out. ”
