“A water bottle and a coffee maker in the room would be great. some upgrade in the breakfast menu towards healthier breakfast with some protein options would be wonderful. The room was not made with the trash still in the room when I stayed for a few days. The corridors were clean and smelling good. The room was clean and well maintained when I arrived. Overall a pleasant stay. ”

“The room was clean and nice especially the king bed - very comfortable mattress! The shower was also very nice with great water pressure. The staff was pleasant and accommodating. Last but certainly not least was the delicious dinner at their restaurant! ”

“We were in the Malvern area for a family event. Because one of our gatherings was to be dinner at the Inne, we found it convenient to stay at the General Warren Inne. Not that I anticipated poor accommodations, but I was pleasantly surprised by the cozy suite and the kind, courteous staff. Also, the dinner Saturday evening was very good. Again, staff who worked the private room was great. I want to specifically complement a young lady named Andrea. ”

“Adorable, quaint Inn. The rooms were decorated with matching walls and window treatments. In my room, the sink was outside of the bathroom, which was convenient. The grounds were wonderful to just sit outside & enjoy the weather, read or work on a laptop. There were benches & a gazebo. I called & told them I wasn't going to be there until late. The person told me the steps I needed to take, to get in. It's safe, because the outer door is locked at night (but each guest has a key to……

“Great stay - however, bathroom area could use updates shower head was corroded and some mold in tile”

“They just remodeled their lobby and rooms, very modern and cozy, clean and comfortable. They environment is friendly as well, CVS and lots of restaurants near by. Also Whole Foods, Macy’s and shopping mall near around, all walkable distance! I like this hotel a lot!!”
