“AMAZING!!! The restaurant team were simply the best. We had our 7 year old grandson with us who has autism, and the staff went well over and above for us. George spoke to him, Keiran the chef came out of the kitchen to see him. Truly exceptional and in his words “the best night ever”. “This hotel has now become a Premier Inn. We booked in March to stay at the Holiday Inn Express. We received an email from Premier Inn saying they would honour our booking. This was not quite the case and we are still waiting to hear from Premier Inn.
