“Upon arrival, the staff member was courteous, attentive, and accommodating. There was a seamless process to get my room keys and squared away for the evening. If there’s any negatives, it was only that there were dead ladybugs smashed on a few of the walls as well as on the floor. “Loved-Mrs. Brenda at the front desk she was amazing!! Dislikes- Bathrooms in rooms need exhaust. Without them the hallways smells horrible. During breakfast time the maintenance staff, although he was trying to help someone with the waffle maker, he was in the middle of mopping and did not wash his hands and touched several things such as the waffle maker and he removed the waffle mix container im guessing to have it filled.
