“Worst travel experience of the last 5 years for me. I will never stay here again. They double booked my the unit I had been assigned and by the time I had arrived, it was the late evening and I had to spend over 4 hours on the phone with two companies’ resepctive support lines, a total of some 7 support agents, after numerous escalations and the same circular conversation that did not resolve anything. Worst decision I made this trip. I will not make that decision ever again and will avoid at……

“Came here for a one night getaway with my partner, but she got sick the day before so I ended up just going solo. It was a nice quiet place to relax, and the location is great. Even in the foggy December weather it was really nice to take a morning walk, grab a coffee, and watch the massive waves.My only critique is that I found the bed really uncomfortable, but I might just be picky because I think this about every hotel/rental I've stayed at ”

“Up in the Hayward Hills, with everything we needed for our 4 nights in town. Convenient for downtown Haward or the greater SF East Bay region, with easy highway access. The well-stocked kitchen was a delight, and the in-unit laundry a terrific perk. My mom, sister, and I very much appreciated the designated off-street parking space! Beds were comfortable, although softer than any of us are used to. We all agreed we would be happy to stay here again. space!appreciated the the”

“This property is in a good location because it is close to nice spots like Palo Alto. It is next to some industrial complexes though so don’t expect beauty around you. It feels like you are staying in a nice college apartment, but don’t expect luxury. It’s clean, but simple. The gym was nice and it is a good spot for a family. Good landing spot if you plan on touring the area. ”

“For a family of three adults this place was perfect!! Beautiful ocean views, walkable neighborhood with everything you need is nearby. Few minor maintenance/upkeep items- replace light bulbs in living room, check electrical outlets in both bathrooms and secure towel rack in master bathroom. These things didn’t take away from our decision to book this location again!! Just want to make the property is taken care of!! ”
