“Great resort although it is a bit tired. The bed was super comfy and the room a good size but the bathroom is dated. The clubhouse and restaurant is modern and well presented although during a torrential rainstorm the balcony roof leaked like a sieve. Staff were friendly enough although rule followers with no flexibility on how customer should work over their process. I would stay again. Pretty good value for money. The Chicken Fried Chicken dish in the restaurant is the best.”

“Check-in was done via text message with very clear instructions. Any questions I had were answered immediately. The property was quaint, quiet and clean. The pool was fun for my grandson and loungers and umbrellas were provided. I’ll return here if I’m ever back this way.”

“A lovely, comfortable, historic property with friendly staff. We especially appreciated the call we received from them while en route, making sure we were on a safe path and not driving into dangerous, flash-flooded roads. The dining area was accessible during non-breakfast hours, making a microwave, wine glasses, etc. available if needed. We also enjoyed the modern art pieces throughout the property.
