“Lovely hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Swimming pool was beautiful and (when I was there) very quiet. There's also a small sauna and steam room, and a tiny (but perfectly formed) gym, Excellent breakfast selection, and again staff very helpful, even with late arriving guests. “Great stay, very comfy but just to say the Snug Room is very snug, we are used to a king size bed, so a double up against the wall was a bit too cosy for us. Restaurant lovely and we would definitely stay again but probably pay for the next room size up.”

“We had a wonderful stay here. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with a modern ensuite. The pub itself was charming in a beautiful area,the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was made to order with a variety of choices and the dinner was absolutely delicious. As a group of four having a ladies get away it was absolutely perfect. We would all highly recommend a visit here.”

“Great hotel with pub and restaurant, in a tudor building from the 1700s. The staff were excellent, super friendly and gave me a lot of information about the area, things to do. Only drawback is that due to the age of the building there was a bit of noise from other rooms”
