“The hotel staff are very welcoming and lovely at 4:30 check in and also served a beer after the carvery closed. If you can not do stairs, this is not for you. The room was clean and the bed was reasonably comfortable. The tub chairs in the room were comfy enough but no coffee table or end table to place the coffee/tea cups on. Overall it was very good value for money. ”

“The studio room we stayed in was lovely and cosy. Everything felt very high-end from the decor to the coffee machine. There wasn’t one thing I’d change. The free parking at the back of the building was an added bonus too. It was the perfect base to explore Harrogate Centre, 5 minute walk and you’re in the centre. Totally recommend this place and very reasonably priced compared to other hotels in the area. ”

“Really nice place to stay, perfect for our one night stopover to enjoy Harrogate the day before visting the Yorkshire Event Centre All of the staff we interacted with were polite and professional I couldn't give comfort full marks as the mattress was far too firm for me, resulting in back pain the following morning However after mentioning this to reception on check-out I was told this is something I could ask housekeeping to check before my next arrival so they can potentially allocate a room……
