“Beautiful setting in a wooded lot feels private like you are far away from hustle and bustle but it is convenient near stores and restaurants. Kitchen and bathrooms were very clean and all new appliances. House has many “ smart” lighting features. Floor was gritty but hard to avoid with plank floors. Maybe a few throw rugs would help. “The price was right for this three bedroom townhouse a couple miles outside UPenn. The cleaning lady was leaving as we were arriving and was friendly. A few specific things to note about this spot:1) The toilet began overflowing after the first flush and a plumber was called but not available that day.
