“We liked the hotel very much overall during our 2 night stay, and the staff and breakfasts were excellent. However, there were too many dogs for our liking and we found the parking inadequate and had to park on an inconvenient road. Hence the 4 stars rather than 5.”

“- poor house keeping services - always forgot replace clean towers, refill tissue and forgot dispose toilet rubbish and I clean it myself. - no hand wash gel as no stock - ask for replace bed sheet and vacuum carpet by tenant every time - want to raise up staff - Ms Jane (old lady at reception), as one time house keeping forgot to clean my room and she clean up my room, replace towers, dispose rubbish and vacuum carpet by herself, but she was just receptionist!”

“We were upgraded to penthouse so it was fab. That said check in details weren’t sent and I had to call a few times to get them. When I got them over the phone they were incorrect. Ken saved the day when we arrived. He was a gent. Penthouse was lovely. ”

“Really Clean , staff super helpful. Room comfortable and had lots of amenities. Only downsides was noise from other rooms waking us up early. We had breakfast on one day and found that by the time we had arrived the hot buffet section was lacking ”

“Just got back from my visit to Queens hotel it was perfect, I had sea view. 😃 Staff were so helpful and friendly. Food was lovely.. Lovely walk along the seafront which led me to Fairhaven lake beautiful place to go. Lovely cafe there too. Shops just around the corner. It was so relaxing.. Definitely would stay At Queens hotel again.. ”

“The stag were extremely welcoming, warm and friendly. The room was a very good size with a modern en-suite bathroom. The evening meal menu had a varied selection for all tastes and the quality of food was excellent, being very well cooked and presented. Breakfast was high quality local produce with a large serving. “The Hotel Was Excellent, but unfortunately there was a lot of People arriving going to a Conference Meeting Between 6am -8am. Obviously they didn't consider People in Bed and on a Mini Break. The Noise was really bad they Woke Myself and my Wife up. Which We were both annoyed about.”

“The internet connection is unstable. Other than that, it’s great place to stay. Friendly and competent staff. Clean room. Great bar. The hotel is within talking distance to the Lancaster train station (ca. 13-15 min) and local bus stops (ca. 5 min.)”
