“Our go-to hotel if we need somewhere to stay before a Heathrow flight. The staff are all very friendly, food is excellent (both dinner and breakfast), plentiful parking. We stayed in an executive room this time - we liked the extra space and would book this again. Last time we were there we were helping some friends who had suffered a tragedy that day, and I managed to knock over a large G&T. Even without knowing what we were dealing with, the lady behind the bar calmly cleared up the mess and……

“A charming property with rooms that are very well designed and decorated. The bathroom is excellent and the overall ambience is more than convivial. ”

“The long drive and grounds are beautiful. The lift was broken and no attempt to ask anyone to help me with cases and bags . The shower was great but the angle of spray kept flooding the floor so we used 3 towels permanently to soak up the water so we could use the bathroom and the fan was very noisy ”

“A lovely hotel in Henley perfect for a short stay. The room we stayed in had a river view and everything else we could have wanted. Breakfast was also very good. ”

“Lovely room but pub was quite noisy until midnight. Cleaning was hit and miss - rug under bed was absolutely filthy - luckily there were slippers in the room! Breakfast was amazing though. The car park is very tight and through narrow roads with parked cars - I was fine but less confident drivers might struggle. ”
