“The hotel is very convenient both to arrive by car (close to the M53) or by train. I arrived from London by train and it's only a 10 minute walk from Hooton station. I received a warm welcome and was shown to my room, which was in an annexe to the main building, overlooking the garden. The service was friendly, professional and efficient, the room was very comfortable with a modern bathroom. ”

“We Usually stay in hotels, but decided to stay in a guest house this time. Got to say we were really impressed with Chester house. It was very clean and tidy, the bed was very comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, (in both here and their sister property, Chester court hotel, next door), and the included breakfasts were excellent. “The Boathouse is on the river and next to the Grosvenor Park with is very pretty and a nice area to walk through to get to the city centre. We watched a rowing club practise right from our table at dinner. The wait staff in the dining room were very friendly and accommodating. It was a convenient place to have dinner and the food was good. We didn’t opt for breakfast. Our room was stylishly decorated and had a king size bed which was a nice change from other places we had stayed. The shower was……
