“Nice downtown location. Some dining within walking distance. No lobby on ground floor was unique, but somewhat off-putting. Continental breakfast was just OK. Valet parking was really the only option, and a little pricey. Room was good, but not spectacular. Price was reasonable. ”

"First of all, I arrived at around 8:00pm, the woman at checkin table was not nice at all. Not patient, not friendly. I don’t know if you have trained your staff to be professional. Second, on the third day of my stay, the room cleaning service came, but I was still in the room so she couldn't clean it. After a while, I told the front desk about it when I went out. 硬體環境雖老舊但還有一定水準

"房間比較老舊一些,但空間很大設施完整,地點方便.周末深夜外面警車等聲音較吵鬧,因窗戶隔音較差會被影響,但平日晚上則不會. 飯店早餐不若丹佛市區的駐橋套房公寓飯店有提供變化,房務人員打掃時較為粗心,沐浴乳沒了也沒發現並補充."
