“We booked a one-night experience for ourselves, our two sons and their respective wives at this highly rated facility as part of our vacation. We arrived early for our check-in, so one of three rooms was available which was fine. The rooms were large but had a musty smell when we entered. The bed was comfortable, but most of the amenities are dated. That said, this was meant to be a “lodge”, so our expectations may have been too high. “I liked the view from our room of the pool and the Bay. I also liked the large windows in the room which didn't make me feel closed in like some hotels do. The grounds are landscaped nicely and it's very quiet. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much. ”
