“We had a change of plans for our road trip and found this delightful B and B at the last minute. We were very pleasantly surprised; the property is beautiful architecturally, the hosts were really gracious and welcoming, and the breakfasts were wonderful. Murphy's is a little foodie haven with a bunch of local cellar doors open to the public, and historic goldrush era buildings in the surrounding villages. “The location was perfect for how we wanted to spend a couple of days. In the heart of Main Street with several shops, reataurants, and wine tasting opportunities. A quaint little town with lots of character. Restaurants of note:The V Restauranat, Grounds, Murphy's Pour House, Murphy's Irish Pub, all a few stept from the Inn.”

“very spacious rooms. Loved the corner 160, 260 rooms where you can hear the creek if you open the windows. Love the simplistic art! walked across the street to Emberz restaurant where they had Wente Rive Ranch Chardonnay! Service was excellent! Maddy, bartender great service!”

“The hotel is in a great location and the rooms are spacious and clean. However, the front desk service was not great. I called per the recommendation on the website to let the staff know I was coming. Said I would be there in a few minutes. Got to hotel in 10 minutes from phone call and staff was at lunch. I waited for 40 minutes to check in and then I was given a room far away from parking when the hotel was not busy. Will not stay again for these reasons.”
