“The house we rented had a lock issue that the owner resoled pretty quickly. After getting in we found the place a mess, the cleaning crew forgot to clean up the property. The owner had another house 2 blocks away that was newer and nicer that he let us stay in. He also gave us an extra day to stay for all the troubles. Outstanding way to handle a big problem with a customer!! Five stars all the way!!”

“The house is a short walk to the beach on a quiet street with easy access to the main hwy in Crystal beach. The house does have a portable ac/dehumidifier downstairs which is wonderful to keep the house feeling comfortable with how humid the air is. The half bath outside is not usable as the floor has a hole/weak spot, so we did not use it. The kitchen amenities are great and having the spices, salt, pepper, tea and coffee is above and beyond what any other rental we’ve stayed at in the area.……

The neighborhood was very quiet making our trip very relaxing. The beach access is exactly one mile down the road. All in all it was a nice stay. ”
