“This was our first trip to OIB and we really enjoyed our stay at the Islander Inn. It was perfect for the two of us and it was convenient to many local restaurants and ice cream spots. Which are important to us. The breakfast was a nice added bonus. The rooms were clean and we had a balcony to the beach which was our favorite feature. Parking was great as we were able to park directly under our room. Very nice place over all. We would definitely stay here again. The only thing that wasn't……

"During our stay, the elevator was completely out of service, and we had to climb the stairs many times. In the breakfast room, one of the younger waiters had a very bad attitude and was extremely slow, except for one staff member who was fine. The air conditioner in the room was extremely loud. If you’re not a heavy sleeper, I really wouldn’t recommend staying here—you’ll feel like you’re sleeping on a train all night."
