“Was promised a room with sauna and tv with the jacuzzi and there was no tv and no sauna shower gel and shampoo was empty tried to call the number I was provided with to let them know there is no tv where the jacuzzi is and also no sauna didn’t answer and gave deposit which I was ment to get back the next day but I had to keep messaging they kept saying next day then a couple of days and also tried to cut £10 off saying I checked out late which isn’t true I definitely don’t recommend to anyone……

“Engagierter Rezeptionisten, stets freundlich und problemlösungsorientiert. Mangelnde Sauberkeit im Detail (Kühlschrank schmutzig und mit Essen vom Vormieter, Fernbedienung mit Fettfilm, Zigarettengeruch, schmuddelcouch), aber an allen kritischen Stellen durchaus sauber (Bett, Küche und Utensilien, Bad, allgemeine Oberflächen). Insgesamt ok. ”
