“Great stay from check-in to check-out. Theus was warm, professional and welcoming. He went above and beyond to provide me with information about the city. The room was clean and spacious. I appreciated the on-site parking. For my stay I was able to walk or utilize public transit but still had to drive to partake in certain places. It was nice not having to worry about parking. Breakfast was very good and had a nice variety. I enjoyed the breakfast sandwiches. ”

“Hotel facilities were ok and moderate, I know what I paid for for an IHG group hotel. But the problem is front dest staff are very rude and reluctant to assisit. We arrive very late for late check-in but when requested to keep luggages in reception for next day morning pick up (as we are leaving/check-out in early morning, there's no meaning for us to bring a lot of luggages into our room at that late), But staff are not helping, and directly very harsh and reject us, also very in-polite. This……

“This place was absolutely fantastic. Having 2 separate but together units fit my family perfect. Part of fam in one, the other 2 in another. The kitchen was entirely stocked with extras of everything needed. Location, location, location. I would definitely stay here again. And the hostess always answered questions quickly.”
