“The Woolpack Inn excelled in a lot of areas,especially with respect to parking nearby, with good food throughout and a comfortable and quiet room/suite with good furnishings, TV, kettle, bathroom-shower facilities. The staff were very helpful and the guest breakfast area very nice and friendly. If travelling again to a nearby area I would stay again if the prices remain competitive and standards maintained. The only "fly in the ointment " was the frequent "door slamming" of fellow guests in the……

“We were fortunate to come across room 61 - the Penthouse. My sister and I took my mum (late 70’s) to visit relatives and it was such a treat to have this amazing space to spend quality time. With a twin room, king room, huge lounge/diner and lobby space with fridge and coffee, it really did cater to our needs. Would suit 2 couples or a couple with older kids. The balcony and view are just lovely. There is parking and the walks are perfect along the front. Staff were polite, friendly and nothing……

“ Got a text from the property management to get in to the room. Access to the property was through an unlocked front door and a room door with a combination lock which was loose and did not work. Rang the property mobile number and they said turn itleft and right then the code works. Almost immediately they sent a text demanding another payment of £45 for cleaning services which would be on top of £74 paid up front to Hotels.com. The room had a queen size bed with damp smelly linen and appeared……
