So many positives; comfortable beds, really roomy space so lots of ability to move around and store items, parking directly outside for free, our own entrance and amazing kitchen facilities. Was great to be able to wash clothes too. Location wise it is an 8-10 min walk to the metro station then a quick and easy ride into Boston. “We've been VRBO customers for more than 10 years. This is the by far the worst communication we've had with a host over that time. Marina, working under the Orchid group, downgraded the paid-for unit from a three- to a two-bedroom unit and relocated the rental from Cambridge to Seaport without any kind of notification. We realized the scam only when driving into Boston with the address given for check-in and pin from VRBO page being miles apart. When reached for explanation, Marina lied multiple……

“This stay was fantastic! The hosts give you everything you could possibly need and then you also have a beautiful view of the ocean. You can hear the waves from inside the room! It was very clean and comfortable while also being in a great location. The hosts were both helpful and kind. Highly recommended! ”

“Check in easy & parking is great. When went to sleep for first night we realized there was no fitted sheet on mattress cover. I communicated to the owner .i also was in need of a toaster as the apartment did not have. Well right after breakfast the fitted sheet was left in foyer area along with a brand new toaster. The owner is very accommodating . The Ac system is wonderful. And I’d stay there again.”
