“First room had no window but we asked to change. Room was fine, needed bits touching up so it isn't immaculate, but with the price you can't complain. Was a pool quote busy think the swimming system for waiting needs to be improved. Massive hotel, had arcade area, some parking, area to sit outside, live entertainment, and best of all it was quiet so we slept. Can't complain. Would return and very family friendly. Has breakfast and dinner options but we didn't eat so cannot review. About half……

“You have to pay for internet in room, I was lucky they upgraded me , but my so called internet room is just a room happen to receive signal from the lobby. The staffs are great and kind, room is old. Carpark is 5 pound per night, walk 10 Mins to town 15 mins to pier and beach. Check in time is crazy 4pm and check out time is 10am , late check out at 11am is 10 pounds extra. Personally I can't stand of it, but didn't know until I got there. ”

“The hotel was very ‘tired’ looking. Our room had condensation on a large window that wouldn’t go, it looked awful! Broken window in the bathroom. The bed!!!! On wheels with spindly little legs, every turn was accompanied with squeaks and springs going. The room had a ‘smoky’ smell, clearly it had been smoked in. The paint in the room was patchy and NOTHING like the photos on line. How is this a 3 star hotel????? 2 at best and that’s being generous. Hideous loud talking neighbour. 10am chuck out……
