“We had some small issues when checking in our room was not ready but chris on check in was brilliant, he delt with the problem excellently and keep us updated he was due to finish his shift but stayrd till we had been told the room was ready A very professional and valuable member of staff ”

“Charming and quirky old hotel. Friendly and efficient bar/check in staff. Spacious and clean room. Room 6 is due a refresh. Decor looking a bit tired. Slow service taking breakfast order and food not quite up to usual high standard. ”

“Stayed for 2 nights. The hotel offers an excellent location right next to the Watford Junction station, and a 5-muinutes walk to the Watford High Street. The room was clean and well-maintained. We opted for the breakfast and it was a good choice. Not a wide food selection but everything served was of great quality. Very nice coffee too! The staff were also very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended.”
