“Good service good facility ”

“Dear [BW] Team, I stayed at your hotel on May 12, 2025, with a reservation made through HOTELS.COM. At the time of booking, I used one credit card, but a different card was used at check-in. As a result, I have been charged twice for the same stay. I kindly ask for your assistance in resolving this issue. My credit card company has already billed me for both charges. Thank you for your prompt attention.”

“We were looking for something nicer and more secure than a hotel. The neighborhood is safe and the option to use the garage was appreciated. The rental space was recently updated and the beds were very comfortable. Communication with the home owner was great and she was very flexible when we had to add another night. We would recommend staying here if you want something that feels more like home. ”

“Picture perfect townhouse in a quiet, hoa community. Five minute walk or 2 minute drive to nearest restaurants and spas. Even more conveniences within 5-10 minute drive. Host began instantly communicating at booking and upon arrival. Remained available to communicate during visit and after check-out to answer questions. ”

“Staying on the farm for me was like being home, a calm feeling with plenty of wildlife, when I pulled up to the cottage a doe came out to greet me, saw her fawns a few minutes later. The farm cat dropped by to say hello. Very nice, definitely planning to stay again.”
