“We had an enjoyable and excellent stay here. Every staff is perfect and always with a smile. They are friendly and helpful including the room cleaner. I would like to thank you the staff, Radu, who served us absolutely perfect in the restaurant. I will recommend this exceptionally good hotel to anyone who will stay in Bath.”

“The person who greeted us (I think James?) was very welcoming and checked us in quickly. Room felt fresh and had some cool old features. The shower and bed were fantastic. We had a really good pizza and a pint for about £14 each in the lovely gardens (they even put vegan cheese on for me). The breakfast was delicious with high quality ingredients. All in all it was a great stay and good value for money. We hope to see you again post-festival in 2027, thank you for having us!”

“房間非常寬敞，有浴缸，在英國以這價錢能有這樣的房間已是超值。附近有超市和Fish & chips shop，也算方便。因今次是自駕，所以酒店位置是沒問題的，但如果搭公車就不是太容易去到了。”

“Everything was excellent, only issue was there was a private function on and we were informed the bar would be closed to us after 9pm on the second night! First time ever this has happened and we have stayed in multiple hotels! Guests in the hotel shouldn’t be refused access to the bar at all. ”

“Overall I am very satisfied with OYO. The reception manager is ver nice and helpful and one I must mention is the breakfast. It is very good and delicious and there are a few you can choose so you can try different kind of breakfast if you stay a few days. Also the location is very easy to find and it is just 20 minutes away from the city Centre.”
