“1. The counter had trouble while checking in, and it took some time to solve.
2. Our rooms were not cleaned for 1~2 days.
3. Everything was all good except above.”
“Although hotel has jsut renovated, there is no shampoo provided in the room, it's by request! No hair dryer, no hanger provided, no kettle in the room to make tea/coffee. The facility is poor. Hotel staff is not very helpful.”
