“酒店位于海边，过了马路就面朝大海了。本来很喜欢酒店的服务，以前住过的。可是这次稍稍失望，我们check in在12点半，下了火车带着4岁孩子，可是却说房间没有整理好，告诉我按规定是下午3点check in的。无可挑剔的回答。只好下午3点拿到房间钥匙。酒店当天一定很少人入住，就早餐的人数不到10人，而且我退房时（11:00），明眼看到服务生带客人入住。这是我入住5星级酒店唯一的一次下午3点拿到房间钥匙。”

“Staff was VERY helpful. There was a problem with the reservation through Expedia, only one bed in out room rather than two. They ended up giving us a second room free of charge. Really accommodating. Also free parking!”

“stay here because it is very closed to the train and bus station of Hastings. the town itself doesnt have too much attractions but you can go Battle (Battle Abbey), Bodiam castle easily. Room and shared toliet is small but ok for a single backpacker”

“We stayed in a family room which was clean and close to the beach, with some restaurants around. There is no USB socket in the room so need to bring your own sockets to charge your phones and devices. Pillows are too soft. Breakfast was included, with cold and cooked buffet for selection.”

“The staff and owner made our stay memorable, their attention to making sure their customers needs were met, the rooms were very clean, the restaurant menu was very good and was freshly cooked. This is an ideal place for artists and bird watchers the view from the room is unbelievable, also the bird life sight and sound is brilliant. Can't recommend the Lodge enough. There are places”
