"Good experience"

"The route to the room was confusing and there was no clear guidance. Many guests, like us, kept getting lost and taking the wrong paths over and over again. The front desk service was excellent. The interior of the hotel rooms, the swimming pool facilities, the bar, etc. all met the standards of a four-star hotel. However, the toilet in the room was not much different from that in a motel. It was rather simple and it seemed that the hotel had run out of funds when it came to decorating the toilets in the rooms."
