“Yes this hotel is a bit dated but we didn’t care about that. The staff were all lovely, the location is fabulous and the food was excellent. We would 100% stay again.
One tiny criticism, the bins on the outside terrace were overflowing and seagulls were fighting over the pizza scraps. ”
“A beautiful place to stay if you’re visiting Bournemouth or the surrounding area. Everything was perfect. Pre arrival information and communication was spot on and our reception on arrival by David and Pumpkin immediately made us feel at home. We stayed in the Spa room which I can highly recommend. “This is a unique and characterful place to stay, close to Poole Quay. David is super friendly and helpful. He is a font of knowledge on the attractions in the area. Excellent and very filling breakfast in a lovely dining area and you get to meet Bentley too.”
“A very warm welcome and a lovely room. Bed was comfy and the hotel was quiet for a good night's sleep. A short walk to the beach and pier, and also not too far to the town centre. My only negative was the bathroom is tiny. I would definitely consider staying here again.”
“Was forwarded details for self check in & clear instructions meant it was hassle free. Didn't encounter any staff during my visit, only stayed 1 night & there was a contact number provided but I didn’t need to call for any assistance. Lots of options for breakfast & room was clean & tidy. Self check out was also clearly explained. ”

The best most carefully presented breakfast cf any hotel you like and graet value - chef oversaw all dishes passionately. Bar 24 h = super convenient. Very close location to beach and street full of restaurants and pubs. No fridge in room but bar very helpful with ice. They hve a lift = magic. Highly recommended for any stay in Bournemouth area.”
