“We travelled to Sidmouth on the Sunday and arrived early. Reception advised that the room would be ready quite soon so we had a coffee and relaxed. The room was excellent with a walk in shower. The food was very good and we had dinner at the hotel on 2 nights. The only problem was it was quite a trek to our room but staff kindly transported our bags. Would recommend the Royal Glen for a seaside break as it close to amenities yet in a quiet location.”

“It was a really nice room with good amenities - bottled water, good coffee and lovely smellies in the bathroom. The rooms are above a pub, so it was busy outside late at night, but the windows are double glazed and they provided us with ear plugs just in case (I dont need them). The entrance is next door to the actual pub, which feels really friendly and cosy.
