“The stay was amazing and the food was very tasty, I did have one accident in my room there was an unexpected leak and I did fall on the floor due to the issue. I am a senior citizen so I immediately notified the front desk and they sent up a “matienance worker” who verified it was a “leak” and helped me off the floor then moved me into a whole different room… other than that everyone was very professional. Thank you. ”

"The route to the room was confusing and there was no clear guidance. Many guests, like us, kept getting lost and taking the wrong paths over and over again. The front desk service was excellent. The interior of the hotel rooms, the swimming pool facilities, the bar, etc. all met the standards of a four-star hotel. However, the toilet in the room was not much different from that in a motel. It was rather simple and it seemed that the hotel had run out of funds when it came to decorating the toilets in the rooms."
