“Beautiful location. Very convenient to Watkins Glen state park and right on the wine trail. Has all of the amenities and the perfect glamping experience. Beds very comfortable! Would definitely go back!”

“We had a great long weekend stay. Great view and convenient location on the East side of the Lake. Very nice amenities for a comfortable stay.”

“The property was extremely outdated and infested with bugs all over the windows and few crawlers on the floor. The AC was useless, barely cooling the room in the sweltering summer heat. The property manager was awful, telling us to find another hotel at our own expense when the power went out, leaving us without electricity, water, or working toilets. Do not stay here—if the power goes out, you're on your own with no backup generator, no support, and no basic amenities. Not recommended.”

“Absolutely perfect location for exploring Seneca lake and the finger lakes wineries. We loved having coffee out on the deck in the morning and wine in the evening just watching the peaceful lake and the wildlife swimming by. The house itself was fine but really it’s the location and outside area you need to stay here for!”

“We had a fantastic week! The house is perfectly updated and spotless. It had all the amenities; we took advantage of the kayaks, fire pit (thanks for the wood!) and sitting on that perfect porch. Our hosts had even welcomed us with some lovely local beverages. 5 stars for this property and its owners.”
