“This was the perfect home when visiting Seneca Lake. Great access to wineries and breweries, house was clean and had everything we needed, we cycled along route 414 and loved it and finally had the best sunset on all of Seneca Lake right on the front porch. We would stay here again.”

“The property was extremely outdated and infested with bugs all over the windows and few crawlers on the floor. The AC was useless, barely cooling the room in the sweltering summer heat. The property manager was awful, telling us to find another hotel at our own expense when the power went out, leaving us without electricity, water, or working toilets. Do not stay here—if the power goes out, you're on your own with no backup generator, no support, and no basic amenities. Not recommended.”

“We were traveling with friends for a long weekend in wine country. The house is near Watkins Glen and many wineries, breweries, and restaurants. The house was clean and beautiful. Both bedrooms had king beds and en suites. Every morning and evening we sat on the deck overlooking Seneca Lake. Cindy, our host, was gracious and accommodating. Would highly recommend!”

“We had a fantastic week! The house is perfectly updated and spotless. It had all the amenities; we took advantage of the kayaks, fire pit (thanks for the wood!) and sitting on that perfect porch. Our hosts had even welcomed us with some lovely local beverages. 5 stars for this property and its owners.”
