“Staff here has been very friendly during both our visits. The suites are well equipped for longer stays, which is convenient for those with family members at Mercy Hospital across the street. Highly recommended. ”

“The room is very nicely arranged and I really like that the couch is a kind of material that can be wiped off. Very well thought out space. Very short stay. Did not use the desk, dining counter, or kitchen space. The TV in our king room is hung in an awkward position, and is too large in the space it is in. So it doesn't angle correctly for watching in bed. It was also crooked, making it look precarious, but it seemed secure. The bed is very firm. Neither myself, nor my companion, slept well……

“Great property. It is next to a Taco Bell though and you may hear people and loud cars in the parking lot late at night if you’re on that side of the building. Request a room in the other side. ”

“The only improvement would be the towels, for a quality hotel they don’t match. I’ve had better towels at lesser hotels. And clean the shower head, Missouri has hard water so use a little white vinegar on it. ”

It a hidden gem that I would recommend to anyone visiting Springfield. Support the little guys and small businesses like this as well as the other businesses on Commercial St. In Springfield!”

“Well filled out the online check in and that was a waste of time. 50$ deposit on a 140$ room that had not the best beds or pillows but charged like it ... Plus tv didn't work and room was still pricey no discount for no tv, only a I'm sorry. ”
