“Very good accommodation experience”

“Every single staff member, particularly the lady at the front who also prepares breakfast every morning, was beyond AMAZING! They made my very first trip in Italy one and only and unforgettable. And I would happily leave five stars on breakfast; pastries, croissants, protein, fruits, and lovely cappuccino she makes for us were all so so good! I am so glad I decided to stay at this wonderful hotel and will definitely come back here next time visiting Venice again!!”

“Great boutique hotel, friendly knowledgeable staff. Clean, full of character and easy to get to (well, as good as it gets in Venice!) without being too close to the hustle bustle. This is a period property. Be aware there is no lift, but staff are happy to help with luggage. Breakfast was pleasant, but limited. Do read reviews of Venice in general to be aware of the ‘tourist traps’.”

“Staff responded quickly when we had some issues with checking in and shutters and sink. Room was clean and tended to daily. All our questions were answered by staff even though not on site. On last day staff took our luggage downstairs and across first bridge as we headed out to airport offering water and snacks.”

“The Venice was a superb hotel and it improved our experience in Venice greatly. The hotel staff provided great service by helping us arrange water taxis, day trips to Murano and Burano and Gondola trips, all at our convenience and reasonable prices. It is one of the most exquisite hotels within Venice with really good vibes. Some recommendations for improvements including providing more racks or hooks within the room for hanging towels, guide to using the switches as these were some minor issues……

“Cute little room in an almost 600 year old building in the heart of Venice. The staff were incredibly friendly, happy, and helpful. We arrived late in the evening and they made sure we had all the information we needed to get into our room. There is a small common area with a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee machine and teapot. Our room was tiny, but clean and had a cupboard for our clothes and a little safe if you need it. The bathroom and shower were great, too. ”

“Hotel is old but well maintained. Nice hotel with the budget， clean, good location and close to ferry station. It costs 9€/person to arrive S. Lucia station in a 5mins ferry ride. If you travel with big luggage I would recommend you to stay near train station. This hotel is with elevator, which is a plus! “They staff are very friendly and upgraded our room to canal view.. my wife were very happy with that. The breakfast area is on the balcony with the canal view as well. Very good stay although it is a little costly.”

The staff were very helpful & friendly, going above and beyond with recommendations and even lent us an umbrella for the afternoon.
