“MONEY STOLEN!! We stayed for 4 nights total and on our last day there, we noticed $500 was stolen from my wallet. No one else had been inside our hotel room except our family and THE CLEANING STAFF. “If I could give this property more stars, I would. We travel extensively, and this has become one of the most professional, customer-oriented, high-quality resorts we've been to. I've been there twice now, and it has improved even from 2 years ago. It is challenging to find an all-inclusive that does not consistently try to upsell products and services, but Grand Velas does not do that. “What a beautiful property! It’s a perfect relaxing spot right in front of the arches. It’s immaculately clean and the staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. I got a wonderful massage at the spa and highly recommended. The food on property was very good too. I will definitely return soon. ”
