“新装修的酒店非常新，我当时住5楼，一边还是毛坯房。新装修有点味道。但是整体很新，布置也很现代，配套设施全新很齐全。有洗衣机，餐具，灶台，碗筷等，适合常住。不过服务人员服务意识一般，不知道是不是对服务费有很高预期，可能我们给少了，人家看到我们不太待见。离店时帮忙搬行李也是草草了事。所以多透气，多训练员工服务性，比让我们离店前填写酒店评价表来的重要。”

“Property excellent new renovated windows are sound proof very quite a d neat staff are perfect and helpful room service staff are great daily they are ready for room service Nariman a d I think Mohammad at reception are very cooperative the elevator is renewed and added new one. If I comeback to cairo I am sure I will stay in the same hotel near the hotel many shops and restaurants and easily you can find transportation......I fo recommend the hotel msnagement to control a pathway 1 meter wide……

“Gerges, fue muy amable conmigo, se preocuparon desde que me recogieron en el aeropuerto, el personal del hotel es muy amable, me permitio extender un par de horas la hora del Check Out, lo cuál me permitio organizar mejor mis actividades el último dia en el Cairo. ”

“設備は古めで全体的にうす汚いです。 朝食も微妙だったかな。 1番不満だったのは部屋の臭い。 香水？芳香剤？がキツすぎて気持ち悪くなりました。 フロントのスタッフさんは感じが良かったです。 ショッピングモールまで歩いて行ける立地は良かった。 ”

“The apartments were nice and had everything I needed, at a reasonable price. The bed was comfortable and the floor plan was nice in the one bedroom unit. I needed fast internet for work and was happy with the connectivity. The staff was friendly and helpful. There’s a grocery store close by and it was easy to get an uber right at the front door. I didn’t try any of the restaurants nearby but there were a few. I would definitely stay here again if I’m in the area. ”

“The hostel locates in a very convenient location that we can walk and uber to places easily. The man who works at the front desk (about 60-70yrs old), he is a super kind and lovely man. For his help, we can take uber at 2am without cash require from uber driver. On the day we stay, unfortunately, the bathroom didn't work properly. We didn't have hot water, and the toilet was hard to flush.”

“Clean and comfortable. Donia is cute and kind. When I could't find the entrance, she found me and came down to get me. I really appreciate that.”
