They surprised us with an upgrade, personally delivered our luggage to the room, and shortly after sent up a welcome gift of wine and a cheese plate — such a thoughtful touch! “Property was traditional farm cottage style. I loved the fact you had access to a kitchen where tea and coffee were readily available, and a comfortable lounge. Breakfast was served in a lovely garden among the trees. Only negative factor was you had to drive everywhere due to country location of property.”
