"I stay 2 night last weekend Today I found out my credit card be charged 535 usd, I called to the hotel, they told me because my room's TV damage, so they charge me money for that But I “don’t”even touch the tv at all when I stay there 2 night, this is crazy just charge me for no reason, and I called the hotel , all they do just told me they are sorry for that. Said because they found out TV damage after I check out But the fact is I never touch the TV at all , it’s sad that just assume me and charge me for the thing I don’t even use , I Stay at many 5 star hotel, never stay at a hotel like this , I'm very disappointed Wish they would investigate who make the Tv damage , and send my money back ,also everyone should be careful what you stay , because if even 5 star hotel would do this.imagine the price they make you to pay is even more than 535 usd…. This is so crazy"

"Basically, I have never given any bad reviews to any hotel. I seriously suspect that the score of this hotel is fake. First, the room was not cleaned on the day of registration and I had to wait for half an hour. Then, when I came back at 8 o'clock that night, I couldn't enter the room because the room door was not charged and I had to wait for more than half an hour. The room smelled and the washing machine could not be used. I will never choose this hotel again."
