“The experience was great from before we got there to after we left. The staff at Casa da Galeria is amazing! They are super friendly and professional. They will answer any questions you have or help you with anything you need. They were proactive even before we got there. Their breakfast is amazing. You order what you want to eat every day and they come right on time. They even packed us a bag of stuff since we were leaving for the airport early. They have a tiny parking garage for 3 cars but……

“Room was spotless. Bed was very comfortable. The place was welcoming and with lovely decor touches. Pedro and his wife were super nice and helpful. They also helped with booking tours- making sure we get a discount. Breakfast was nice, included homemade cake and cookies. In the heart of downtown! I certainly recommend this place.”

“This is a beautiful old house with gorgeous stone stairways and accents. It has been upgraded and modified to be extremely comfortable and stylish. It is lovingly cared for and managed by a professional, helpful staff who made sure our needs were met every step of the way. The parking is a bit confusing. Make sure you are VERY clear on exactly where the entrance to the parking garage is located before you arrive with your car. It is almost impossible to see from the street at night and you will……

“Die Anlage ist noch recht neu und es waren kaum Gäste da. Wir hatten den Pool und Whirlpool für uns. Der Whirlpool hatte aber eine gelben Schleim und im Pool waren viele Blätter. In der Nähe gibt es keine Restaurants”

“We had an amazing stay at White from Jan 31st to Feb 4th. The service was excellent. We were provided with a mobile phone to communicate with the hotel staff when off the property. The included breakfasts were delicious. The ocean view from our room was stunning and the sound of the waves had us very relaxed.”

“Lovely house. Came off season so the pool and garden were not attended too but too cold for sunbathing. Gorgeous old mansion. Room simple and non luxurious but clean and in the right atmosphere. Would book again. Perfect for a large group that would need 12 rooms, huge kitchen, Lou yes, pool table etc. ”

“We had the pleasure of staying 10 nights at Senhora da Rosa with half board - and we immensely enjoyed both the delicious food at both restaurants and the lovely pool and spa facilities. Despite visiting in november, well out of the vacation season, we lacked for nothing: everyone were extremely polite and acommodating and we had a great time. We will be recommending this hotel to anyone considering visiting the Azores!”
