“Stayed for a week in early August. This is a very nice rental unit. It was clean with a beautiful interior, nice view of the outside, and in a gated community. The nearest pool is just a very short walk, and we enjoyed riding the two bikes around the community. Instructions for check-in and check-out were clear and simple, communication with the owner were fast and friendly, and the roaming rams were chill. The only negative was the hot weather but that's on me, LOL.”

“My daughter and I stayed here for 3 nights (road trip to CA for college graduation present!) and had a wonderful stay. The property is gorgeous, the host was great with communication (prompt and helpful). We wish we could have stayed longer! We enjoyed the pools, walking around the property seeing all the different fountains, the grapefruit trees!, the butterflies, birds (we even saw a humming bird!), bunnies and a couple little lizards. “We met with Mike when we arrived, and he explained Palm Springs rules, etc. and showed us where everything was in the condo. We loved the view from outside balcony, and really enjoyed the tennis courts and pool. Hope to stay here again next year!! We highly recommend this lodging!! ……

“My husband and I stayed 5 nights very near to Rubedoux walking and hiking trails and downtown Riverside with its wonderful Old Mission District. The condo was very clean, furniture was comfortable , all our needs were met . Outside private patio was a treat. Communication with host was always very quick with response. Freeway access was fast and easy but we got around well on surface roads within the city. We will be back next year for another graduation at CBU”
