“Could not recommend this accommodation enough - a real hidden gem! Massive, secure 2 bedroom apartment in a wider bunkhouse complex which was, when we stayed, not occupied. Only 5 mins drive from Kirriemuir and so quiet and peaceful - in the heart of the countryside. Comms were great and all mod cons throughout including WiFi, TVs in all rooms and even a starter hamper! Will definitely book again. The dog loved the outdoor space which is literally ‘on your doorstep’! A+”

“This is comfort camping, with great facilities in a communal area specific for those using yurts or huts, everything for cooking, reading, games etc. The toilet /shower room is located at the main house; toilet facilities are not next/ensuite to the accommodation. Good written information pack. You are generally off-grid with no phone signal; there is WiFi but not fast. The Estate gives you free reign to wander anywhere, understanding you are respectiveful of nature. There is an honesty shop to……

“Really relaxing stay - the hotel is in a stunning Glen on the edge of the Caingorms with spectacular scenery. The staff were really helpful (all of them) and my evening dinner was great. I regret not staying for longer, but will be back. Only negative (but may be a positive) was the lack of a phone signal - although the wifi was great.”
