“We needed somewhere to stay for graduation. We had to consider the size of our party and accessibility to the DECC for our 82 year old mom to walk for the ceremony. This place fit the bill. It accommodated us and was so affordable compared to getting 2 hotel rooms for the weekend. I couldn’t believe it had a hand mixer and mixing bowls so I could finish making the dessert. “We absolutely loved our stay in Duluth! The location was perfect—central to everything we wanted to do. The place was very clean and had a safe, welcoming feel to it. Our kids especially enjoyed the pool, and we made daily visits to the Asian Bistro Bubble Tea shop just across the street—it was a huge hit! “The property is just as described and is perfect for anyone that wants to explore Duluth. Located by all the downtown amenities with easy parking which is very hard to find in the busy months. Great for families and pets, or even just a weekend away with your better half. The hosts were fantastic and worked with us to make the stay great. Great communication with clear checking and check out instructions. We frequent Duluth quite a bit with the kids sports and will definitely be staying here……
