“The property was easy to navigate. 24 hour room service a plus. The staff! The room was huge. The bathroom setup was easy for 2 people. Our balcony had chairs and loungers. Great employees! A big thank you to these staff members- Heli, Gamaliel, Santiago, Samuel, Eddie, Jesus @ front desk, Mario for keeping me stocked with Diet Coke, and Juanito for taking great care of our room. ”

“Uncomfortable Stay due to AC Issue. 1/24/25- 1/30/25 Room416 The AC only had a cold mode with no way to adjust the temperature, makes the room uncomfortable cold. As a result, I got a cold after six nights stay. In the first few days, I feel I can get used to it, so I didn’t complain. In the last day of stay, I started to had a running nose. Today is Feb 5th. I’m still in sick. I hope management address this issue for future guests. ”
