“We enjoyed our stay at AVA. The resort was beautiful and the staff were amazing. It was never a dull moment. My kids loved the kids club as well. It was very accommodating for families and their food was excellent. Honestly, I can’t stop talking about how beautiful the resort is and how wonderful the staff and the service was. ”

“The food options were very limited and complicated. They need to have basic meal options and pump up the quality of the items. We had to travel to IHOP to eat a decent breakfast. Their Buffet was terrible. Food was dry and sitting too long. No variety. They would close 2 pools in the evening and all guest had no option than to all be in one pool , but they advertise 3 pools. The jacuzzi temperature was more like a warm bath that a hot jacuzzi. The main pool did not have any music playing during……

“Uncomfortable Stay due to AC Issue. 1/24/25- 1/30/25 Room416 The AC only had a cold mode with no way to adjust the temperature, makes the room uncomfortable cold. As a result, I got a cold after six nights stay. In the first few days, I feel I can get used to it, so I didn’t complain. In the last day of stay, I started to had a running nose. Today is Feb 5th. I’m still in sick. I hope management address this issue for future guests. ”
