“First time to Isla, won’t be our last. We loved our apartment, the courtyard & the pool. Such a great community of visitors & residents. Would gather and chat in the courtyard daily. Very safe & secure Location was amazing, one block from Hidalgo St., laundry service - 2 blocks away. We were at the beach in minutes. Any of our questions were answered quickly and completely. Isla is a very special place. We’ll be back !”

“Overall the location is great and so is the beach. It’s also safe and has security. The condo is in need of an update and the second bathroom smells of the sewer. I’m not picky but this place needs everything replaced. They also were doing construction and it was super loud and messy. Really they should not have rented during construction. The ocean view is great but you do look over 2 roof tops. If your not picky about you accommodations and just want a great location and beach this place is……

“This is a condo in the Hotel Zone of Cancun. The location is amazing! The pool is beautiful. There is a smaller pool up on the tanning deck. There is a lovely restaurant on location. There is a mini market on location. There is a larger convenience store a short walk away.massage av. For purchase.”

“This place is very well equipped, clean, and in a great location. We loved being right on the beach with our own beach chairs and umbrellas and being walking distance to shopping, restaurants and the grocery store. We could watch the sun rise on the beach from one balcony and the sunset from the other balcony. This was perfect for us. I would stay here again without hesitation. ”

“The pictures did not do the property justice. The sounds of the ocean put me to sleep every evening. It was peaceful. There is a bar on the first floor that serves food. You can have food brought up to the room. Beyond that, it is several blocks to the next restaurant. It is the quieter side of the island which we prefer. I will rent this property again in the future.”
