“This was one of the best facilities I’ve ever stayed in! Very clean, well equipped with an excellent breakfast and well located near a large Walmart as well as a couple of good restaurants. “My trip was amazing I was in town for a concert. My room was nice and clean and comfortable with a kitchenette and Michel’le was a few rooms down from us and we got to meet her before the concert and the ladies of Changing Faces stayed there as well. Overall I would definitely recommend staying at Hyatt House. It was very secure and the candy at check in desk is delicious too. We also had a nice view and we were on the fifth floor.”

"The front desk did not inform us about other amenities such as free breakfast or Wi-Fi until asked for. Upon arriving in our room, we were greeted by a roach. After complaining and switching rooms, there was no roach, but the fridge was stained with food stains and looked like it wasn’t cleaned for a while. The bedside USB charger was completely smashed and unusable. The bathroom/closet door doesn’t close all the way. "
