“ No one to service the room. And the room was no clean under the bed desk and sofa. When I come back to the hotel the ceiling was leaking the water on the floor. ”

“The front desk personnel was wonderful! They were very accommodating especially Yasmine. We were disappointed in the housekeeping. We weren't told that it would be every other day and needed to stop by the front desk for towels. The day we had housekeeping they simply dropped off towels and emptied the trash. Our bathroom tissues and toilet paper ran out with no extras in the room. ”

“Arrival went well; however, the property assessed an unannounced self-parking fee of $9.50 per night. Spent only two nights but got no towel or trash service. Would have been nice to know so we could rinse wash clothes. Luckily we read the eco signs in the room asking us to hang up towels to dry and re-use. Comp breakfast was good and had a vegan option.”
