“Hotel was more than we expected. From arrival until we let all the staff were so friendly, helpful and welcoming. Hotel grounds were amazing and comfortable. Breakfast had all you would want and more! Found the wee birds that fly around the tables outside off putting so we ate breakfast inside. Rooms were well equipped and so comfortable, I had no problem sleeping. ”

“The hotel was comfortable with friendly staff. The room was spacious, and the breakfast was good. However, the hallway leading to the room had a very strong sewage smell, which was odd. While the room showed some signs of wear, it was still well-maintained. I was disappointed that no one informed me the beach facilities were unavailable. Despite these issues, I had an enjoyable stay overall.”

“The hotel staff were very friendly. One of us has coeliac disease and the hotel accommodated her incredibly. A special mention to Sao our host in the restaurant and to the Chef Vinicius who both really took their time to explain and to assist us. Overall we had an excellent stay. We would recommend this hotel to anyone who has coeliac disease.”

“I made this booking as part of a birthday suprise for my Partner, the staff did not stop but go above and beyond at every turn to make her birthday a great suprise for when we arrived to the hotel. They were able to arrange a platter, and pastries suprise with happy birthday and Balloons in the room with a card from their team!! “This property was lovely. The grounds and the many pool areas were kept immaculate. The apartments were large as were the outside terraces. The decor is a bit outdated but everything is kept so clean and it was a pleasure to stay . Of note, the Alfagar Aparthotel does supply soap and shampoo but does not provide body cream or toothpaste so you will want to bring your own . All The staff were very friendly and accommodating. “Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Wij hadden een appartement bij het hotel. De eerste nacht hadden wij in de nacht van luidruchtige gasten, zelf besloten om dit pas de volgende dag met het personeel te bespreken. Het personeel nam het duidelijk serieus en vroeg ons met klem te melden mocht dit opnieuw gebeuren. De nachtwakers aan de receptie nemen dit dan op; overlast door gasten dulden ze kennelijk pertinent niet. De andere drie nachten hebben we overigens verder geen overlast gehad en……
