“Just what we needed. Easy access and straightforward process and a lovely property very close to town. ”

“酒店的位置很好,附近有付費停車場, 一直走便到CARDIFF MARKET﹑商場及商店。對於景點及隨處走走都很方便。 雖然酒店不算新淨, 但舒適度及服務都很好,而且酒店旁邊的巴西餐廳很好吃。 ”

“This is a very nice hotel and the rooms are spacious. We are satisfied with this comfortable stay experience. But I think a minor thing may need to be improved. The temperature of bath/shower is not very steady, and it dropped down after several minutes. Besides, the water from tape also took several minutes to become warm. Since we visited in April and it is still a bit cold, when I washed my hands I felt a bit freezing. It would be better to access hot water more easily.”

“The staff were the highlight, without exception friendly, helpful and efficient. Clearly the hotel has been grand in its time. It is now dated and while kept clean and reasonably decorated, some of the carpets are past their sell by date and having no usb connection in the rooms is now pretty rare. Breakfast was a reasonable buffet, though scrambled rather than fried eggs would have been good. Very central, close to all main tourist and sports venues, particularly the rugby!”

“The view is marvellous. There was Bonfire night in Cardiff, we can see beautiful firework in the room. ”

“Rooms were excellant, breakfast was really good but best of all the most dog friendly place I've everstayed!! This was an extremely busy Saturday night pub where I sat at the bar with my dog also sat on a stool. When door security come over and make a fuss of your dog and go and get some treats, it was just brilliant. A really lovely stay. I won't make the mistake of asking for a full English for breakfast in a Welsh pub again!!! ”
