“The hotel & staff were first class. The spa treatments excellent but a bit expensive. The food was outstanding. The room with a sea view was amazing, every night we had a fantastic view of the sunset in Feb!! The sister hotel opposite served excellent food too. The only downside for us was the state of the car park which looked rather scrappy on arrival & rather let the hotel down.”

“Picture postcard hotel and restaurant set just above the perfect harbour of New Quay. Marston's pub so the food is standard but decent quality. The staff are cheerful, friendly and caring. The rooms are large and oddly shaped as you would expect for an old building. Warm and comfy bed with plenty of storage space and large bathroom and shower ”

“Lovely place to stay staff friendly clean beds comfortable .stairs very steep need to take your time with them people with poor mobility would find them hard to cope .there is room for 2 cars to park opposite hotel or need to park in carpark a 2-5 minute walk away .you can purchase a parking pass for £5 per day to stay there and it also cover other cars named on list in different car parks food served is very good in the restaurant not too pricey .”
