“We arrived at 3pm on a Sunday afternoon, the team were busy and to be expected. We were then attended to within a few minutes. Polite and friendly and shown to our room. It was a building near the pub. Parking was free and able to park outside the pub. Its all situated in a square,like a market square surrounded by big granite hills. We were shown to our room, was given a birthday card from the hotel chap which was a nice touch. The room was surfice and had ensuite. Outside window had all……

“The pub is Marstons brewery so they have no control over menu or drinks, this is a great shame as the local produce would offer excellent meals both healthy and not feel like the chain which it is. Food; we did have problems with a few dishes but we raised them at the time and it was rectified. Overall really nice, just a shame there was not a lot available as in off menu, and no healthy options. Service: the staff are lovely and friendly, a lot was going on internally and things were going……

“The room is clean and comfortable, but the WiFi signal is very weak, and usually disconnected... The hotel is very near to Harlech Castle, just 3 minute walking distance, but it also means that the hotel situates on the hill as well... So it is better call hotel come to rail station to pick you up.... Dinner and breakfast are delicious~~ ”
